Description :
  • Be the primary escalation point for all the clients within your portfolio
  • Maintain a deep understanding of revenue drivers within your client portfolio, particularly an awareness of new opportunities and creating an environment for growth
  • Interrogate the numbers, understand impacts on commercials, ability to forecast various time periods and work closely with the finance team
  • Create cohesive working environments and match Client Leads to the appropriate accounts based on your knowledge of the internal and external teams
  • Nurture a group of Client Leads in your vision, ensuring they have the tools to complete their tasks
  • Identify areas of training required by your team, devise and execute training and development plans
  • Actively push the agency to improve service levels, being in tune with client feedback and work with agency counterparts to raise our game, constantly shaping our proposition to be best in class
  • Identify shortfalls in service offered to clients in the context of their business challenges and/or contracted service - compile and execute plans to resolve
  • Identify and develop cross-sell opportunities for clients
  • Lead contract and commercial negotiations
  • Take a lead role in new business pitches
  • Attend industry and networking events, speaker opportunities are encouraged 
Requirements :
  • Degree level education or equivalent / relevant work experience
  • In-depth demonstrable experience in digital marketing
  • Preferably have worked operationally or in a client facing capacity in PPC, SEO, Social and Display, agency or publisher side
  • A self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit able to demonstrate innovation and initiative
  • Proven experience of client insight development, spotting future industry changes and being one step ahead of the curve
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead a results-driven team to strive to always exceed targets
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, working and delivering to deadlines, leading the Channel team to meet deadlines
  • A mathematical and analytical mind
  • Highly organised multi-tasker with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to influence, persuade and negotiate
  • The ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas and formulate strategies
  • Management and leadership skills: managing up, down and peer, a motivator
  • Proven ability to develop client's business, be a trusted partner / consultant
  • Ability to maintain visible presence with client senior management
